Security and data handling

SWAN holds your roster, territories, and incentive data. Here is how we host and handle it today. For a security questionnaire or a specific requirement, email sales@ltf-consulting.com.

Hosting

SWAN runs on Microsoft Azure, Canada Central region (Azure Container Apps), with data in a managed PostgreSQL database.

Encryption in transit

The SWAN application (app.swanalign.com) and this site are served over HTTPS. Connections from the application to its database require TLS.

Customer separation

SWAN uses one shared, multi-tenant database for all customers. Every customer works in its own organization in SWAN, each customer record carries its organization's ID, and the application scopes queries to the signed-in user's organization, so each customer's data is kept separate.

History of every change

When a record is saved, SWAN keeps the previous version. Territories and alignments are effective-dated, so you can see who covered a ZIP, in which period, and what changed.

Your data

You can load data from spreadsheets (CSV templates are provided in the product) and export your current books as an extract pack.

Demo data

You do not need to share real data to see SWAN. A demo can use sample or anonymized data.
